I’m wondering about the four or five different police/SWAT departments readiness for even a lone wolf terrorist like Lindt hostage situation in Sidney. If I lived in PA, I would make sure I could protect myself.
This guy “Stone”is NOT that armed, if he has to use a cane/walker, you can’t carry a lot of weapons or ammo that way. He does seem to slip away... or was never there in first place, which opens a whole other issue about collecting evidence/facts by police.
