i am just trying to get an idea of what type of jury member you would make on an alleged rape trial.
if the girl was dumb enough to (do something with an innocent explanation) then (she won’t get any sympathy from you).
...sounds like a form of blaming the victim to me.
how about this:
she dresses like a slut, and walks around like that. so she deserves whatever she gets.
