This is a wonderful lesson in constitutional process. It also shows a wonderful four second conclusion when acting President of the Senate, Elizabeth "Feauxcahontis" Warren is left dumbfounded and has no idea what to do next.
Partially because she didn't listen to the points that were made, and partially because she is not suited to even be a viable candidate for president in2016.
