If Garner couldn’t breathe, how could he talk? Also, how were the cops supposed to know he had health issues? He looked like a big, healthy guy. Garner died at the hospital. Where are the demands that the doctors be fired or the hospital sued? It makes as much sense as blaming the cops.
Ever watched the show, Cops? How many people yell and scream that they can’t breathe or that the cops are hurting them in an attempt to get the cops to let go?

The Roman Catholic Church needs to divorce itself from Notre Dame ASAP. The people that run Notre Dame have already divorced themselves from the Roman Catholic Church.
