Muslim Albanians in Kosovo are capturing Christians, dissecting them alive, tearing out their organs, killing the victims, and then selling the organs to Saudi Arabia and Turkey, the two major nations of the Antichrist. We learned this from a local Serbian Christian and veteran Special Forces officer in Serbias military, named Lazar. We interviewed him and this is the information he conveyed to us. He said They also kill people and sell their organs in Turkey and Saudi Arabia. He then said,
They abduct people in Kosovo, Serbian people in some cases Albanian people and they take their organs they torture the people and take their organs while they are still live.

If you don`t torture this guy and find out where his friends are and what they are doing, his friends will find you and kill you.
Absolutely NO CHOICE
Self defense to save a friend`s life by killing the attacker is legal.
Much less so, torture is less than killing
and is therefore legal to save lives under the principle of self-defense.
Last time I checked my version of the Constitution, the word Torture is not used anywhere in it. However the words Cruel and Unusual Punishment is. So in 1787 what was considered Cruel and Unusual Punishment??
If torture is used to obtain information then it’s not about punishment so that clause wouldn’t apply.
My point Exactly, which is why Scalia is right on the money. Unfortunately most Senators have never read the Constitution, especially Mrs Blum
Rendition was the Democrat’s solution to the problem. Send the perp to the Syrians and let them do the dirty work.
Of course, once the GOP was in power, they screamed to high heaven about “rendition”. They finally decided that even telling a perp he “might” be sent to Egypt or Syria was considered torture and forbidden.
The Constitution refers to “cruel and unusual” punishment, not cruel OR unusual. Many things may be cruel but if used often enough they wouldn’t be unusual. That’s my out. Have at the heathens!
That’s irrelevant. Interrogation is used to obtain information not as a punishment.
Women know this well. They are expert at cruel and the really good one combine unusual with it.
