If over 70% of black children are born to single women, have no father if the home to provide for their support, as has been happening for many years, then the problem will only get worse.
No white person, no government program can solve this problem. The black community must recognize the problem, which they don’t, and then address it. The only structure in the black community having a chance to make an impact is the black church.
The government could stop it immediately by ending the life of leisure it affords welfare sows; they demonstrated that with the 1996 welfare reform (which put a dent in the black birthrate, helping propel Hispanics ahead of them as the minority du jour).
The “black church” is a political wing of the Democrats, which feeds the victimhood notion without a hint of any real Christianity.
