" Republican Sens. Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and Jeff Sessions are pushing for a vote to defund President Obama’s executive amnesty in the “Cromnibus” spending bill Friday night, The Daily Caller has learned.

The trio of conservative senators is hoping to get the defund vote onto the Senate floor as a “point of order,” which would force a procedural vote on the issue without Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid having to introduce it."

Where it’s Rand Paul?

Oh yeah, he’s in favor of amnesty.

Never mind.

Members of the House can’t ask for a revote UNLESS Cruz Lee and Sessions get this point of order amendment through
If they can then first the Senate would have to vote on the bil WITH the amendment
then it would have to go back to the House for a vote

I think that is how it would go
which is why we need to call every Senator now

“I can count on my two RINO senators to vote to fund amnesty.”

Me too, I recently saw a rating of Republican Senators rated by Conservative votes. The most liberal Republican was Collins next was Alexander, followed by Cochran and Wicker, Corker was the fifth least Conservative. Who would have thought Tennessee and Mississippi would have sent 4 of the 5 most liberal Republican to the Senate?

I’ll believe it when I see it. My guess is this is more talk with no action and no better than Boehner and House Republican lies when they instead funded amnesty and Obamacare.

?
Well Cruz Lee and sessions have already announced on the Floor their intentions so you can at least believe those 3 are following through.
I hope you call both of your senators, Reid just to piss him off, tell his office you will be working against his election next time

??
Your RINO senators have to run for election.
So even though you know how they lean why not spend 45 sec calling their offices?
It can’t hurt , they won’t hit you

and if enough call their office they might do the right thing

so why not call?

That would be great, if those events could be restricted to just them.

I didn’t say I won’t call, I think their staff knows my voice, I said they are liberal and are pro amnesty and don’t give a rats ass about my opinion and apparently my vote.

Thank you for calling.
Don’t you think every elected Pol and their staff now realize NO ONE is safe?
They may pretend to be arrogant but they have to know they are vulnerable

I hope that Cruz, Lee and Sessions can pull this off, but when there are Lobbyist's promising the whole world, it really doesn't matter who wants what.

Washington D.C. is the Lobbyist's capital of the world. When running for office in the Senate and House, they get ‘suckered’ into this nightmare.

If we could just get the people we elect to do OUR business, ie: lower taxes, fewer people on welfare, NO AMINISTY, border fences and patrols, jobs for all AMERICANS that are legally here, and so many more things we need. Guess maybe if we planned a march maybe this would get their attention...I just don't know if anything will work right now, what's your feelings on the subject?

These three need to find six other likeminded individuals and threaten to refuse to caucus with the GOP unless amnesty is killed.

Call my Senators, Stuart Smalley and Amy “The Witless Wonder” Klobuchar?

Those two clowns wouldn’t know which end of the phone to use.

we need to hold them accountable, especially the ones who got elected or reelected promising the do those exact things you mentioned.
There were ONLY 67 GOP Congresspple who voted against the cromibus bill,
One is near me ,Pete sessions, and he ran promising to do just that.
He is not in my district but I will do EVERYTHING I can to get him defeated in 2016
If we all would get out and work against the RINOS no amount of lobbyists money could save them.

How did your Congressperson vote?

If senators were appointed by state legislatures they would. This is one thing that should be addressed by an Article V convention.

They stand up against this, and they should, but they vote FOR mitch mc Connell to be senate ‘leader’.......Why?

He’s as much a RINO pile of garbage as boner and fighting with boner to be little lord dingle-berries #1 lap dog.

I won’t be giving anyone credit for their words, I will be watching their actions and so far...............NOT IMPRESSED.

Executive Order: Has Obama signed it yet, or is he using some law trick to fool the public into believing that he signed it, when he really did not sign it? Sad. Sad. Sad.

I was wondering what Cruz had up his sleeve once this hit the Senate....almost posted a photo of Cruz, last night after the House passed it, with the title...”Ok ...now it’s my turn!”....

We shall see though I’m not certain how this can work....at least we see Cruz taking the helm and doing something to stop this! Along with Sessions....it will be an interesting night!
