"...if any...".
Also certain "lobbyists" have been known to hire private investigators to "look after" investments. Its not just "here is my briefcase full of hundreds" illegal bribe type situations. The Mafia sure as heck had a system down in the blackmail department.

Either they are being blackmailed or they too are stone cold liberal progressive America hating islamic supporting communists, like all the minions in the obama regime.
Which ever it is, they need to be destroyed.

That’s pretty much where I am with it.
Orchestrate a collapse and replace the govt with a one party govt which they will be part of right up on top of power.

Hidden from the facts, is the info that for years and years, Boehner was fast friends with the Dems. Why ..?? Because Boehner was a smoker and when smoking was outlawed in areas of Congress, Boehner went down the street to a local pool hall, where he continually met with the Dems who were there .. because this was a place where Boehner could smoke.
HE’S NO LONGER A REPUBLICAN (IN ANY FORM) .. HE’S FULLY CONTROLLED BY THE DEMS POINT OF VIEW .. AND IT SEEMS HE CONTINUES TO STAB ALL THE REPUBS IN THE BACK WHENEVER HE CAN.
I think it’s time for the “conservatives” within the House to get together and remove Boehner. Otherwise .. Obama will get a free pass for the next two years.
I guess Boehner has chosen Tyranny instead of LIBERTY.

Excellent question. I have long wondered whether and to what extent blackmail is a factor if not the chief factor.
Trey Gowdey and Ted Cruz (and a small number of others) do not act like brain dead zombies. They get what we all get.
Most other Republicans act like brain dead zombies, in other words like “victims” of blackmail.

blackmailed or paid off per $800 billion TARP money that was supposed to repair and upgrade the US’s failing infrastructure. Obviously that money is being used for something else. DC politicians are known to sell themselves, their votes and their loyalty very cheaply.

I have always said we need to find where the bodies are buried, but I have no clue where to start looking.

Without some real evidence it is just idle speculation.

That's the only thing that explains it.
They can't be as stupid or venal as they act. They must be blackmailed.

Welcome to the Detective Bureau, Mr. Holmes!
Q, the clues you discovered are indeed startling: Perhaps Boulevardier Boehner a drunken "ladies man?" McConnell possibly a large pink fairy from the bottom of someone's garden? Amazing!
Now, what do we do about it?

It doesn’t matter what is “accepted” by liberals. If a conservative does anything that a liberal considers it mandatory to do he will be publicly excoriated to considerable effect by the Left/MSM and will be hounded out of public life.

"Trey Gowdey and Ted Cruz (and a small number of others) do not act like brain dead zombies. They get what we all get." Yet Gowdy is in the Big Business camp pushing amnesty. Yes he has included border security as part of the deal he would support, but it appears he too is beholden.

What I have found odd is how various highly positioned people in our government every now and then show up looking like they have been beaten pretty badly with some lame excuse about how they fell or something.
