Given the precedents of Justices Stevens and Ginsberg stating clearly that international laws trump the Constitution, and Sotomayor (the wise latina) on record as stating the Constitution is out of step, I think it's fairly obvious which way SCOTUS would go.

And there are still those who believe they can receive justice through the court system.
