Depends on the confuzer you are using. For Mac, go to Safari in the top left and start looking for a reset option.
For a PC, look under internet options, perhaps under tools.
Go to Info. com and type in ‘how to reset my browser using ****(whatever you are using)

In IE*: Tools / Internet Options / Security tab / 'Reset all zones to default level' button

*(i use pale moon, but the IE version i have is 9 .. ymmv)
