The problem for the race baiters is that Asians and most Hispanics do not see themselves aligned with blacks. They identify with white european-derived culture.

Just because they don't align with blacks doesn't mean they align with whites. i.e. CAPAC & the Hispanic Caucus or groups like LaRaza and MEChA or any number of hundreds of other race based political and lobbying groups.

Kristof probably lives in a posh neighborhood and doesn’t know a lot of ordinary folks.

Indeed, he and his Chinese American wife wrote an entire book on China after living there for several years: how accurate it was, I have no idea, but there was no mention of the much hated one child policy, nor that forced abortions were being done.
