Yeah, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had was having a supplier drop me and one of my engineers off at a light rail stop in Cleveland Heights because it was Easter and he didn’t want to take the time to drive us back to Hopkins. Let’s just say we had no “friends” on the platform and we were loaded down with baggage.
