Does that conversation between two morons sound like crazyness jacked up to absurd heights? That's probably because it is.
Rule no. 1 for all black racialists: whitey is always guilty whether whitey supports the black imbeciles or not. That's why I always laugh at white liberals who sincerely believe they can get in good with the race-obsessed black fools like the ones in the article.

They are referring to the propensity to prosper in those who adhere to the Judeo-Christian value system,
and the propensity to founder for those who reject it.
Leftists, being anti-Christians, try to use human institutions, namely government, to try to thwart this natural tendency of reality,

Black males between 15 & 35 are no more than 3% of the population. How many of the murders do they commit? And who dies because of them?
Inner city blacks are murdered by other blacks at a phenomenal rate. Take that tiny portion of the population out, and we have murder rates comparable to Europe.
Heck, in Chicago in 2011, 70% of VICTIMS had a criminal record. Think about that the next time you are worried about white guys killing you...
