The lack of “diversity” in their ranks is because they can’t find qualified blacks—they are too busy looting or protesting.
There are plenty of Asians,including Indians.employed in the tech world.

They're looting liquor stores, electronic stores, and shoe stores. But you never see them looting book stores. Now if Asians were to riot, they'd loot the book store first.

IQ average for American blacks is 85 versus 105 for Asians, 101 for whites.
With a disadvantage like that, the black should plan on a vocation, or runnin, jumpin or rappin.

Some Pakistani can come from literal dirt to this country, work his butt off, and start a thriving business with no help from anyone. Blacks who pisten to Jerkson are sent to liberal schools then shipped to liberal black collegeswhere they learn they can’t succeed in anything but get an African studies degree.
