I found FReeper palmer's "credible source." It's from a piece by a self-admitted left-winger on planetsave.com. The piece talks about readings on Mauna Loa for CO2 that have reached 400ppm recently.
Yes, these readings are taken at an ACTIVE volcano that fluctuates in CO2 readings on a regular basis. And, yes, then they try to "extrapolate" these readings on a global scale.
Sheer fraud.

The volcano at Mauna Loa doesn’t emit much CO2 and when it does, it is a temporary fluctuation. They smooth those out and the rise there matches rises measured elsewhere.

I found FReeper palmer's "credible source." It's from a piece by a self-admitted left-winger on planetsave.com. Here are the measurements including the noise from the active volcano:
One fact is the noise from the volcano is less than the noise from the wind shifts that blow CO2 enriched air up from vegetation at lower elevations. The other noticeable fact is the annual sine wave. That is caused by northern hemisphere plant growth using up CO2 in the spring and releasing it in the fall when leaves drop and decay.
