The seemingly wonky legislative language in that relevant section reads:
None of the funds appropriated in this Act shall be expended or obligated by the Commissioner of Social Security, for purposes of administering Social Security benefit payments under title II of the Social Security Act, to process any claim for credit for a quarter of coverage based on work performed under a social security account number that is not the claimant’s number and the performance of such work under such number has formed the basis for a conviction of the claimant of a violation of section 208(a)(6) or (7) of the Social Security Act.
Right after Obama’s executive amnesty announcement, the White House confirmed to the Washington Post that illegal aliens who get amnesty from Obama—paid for by Boehner, and any Republican who votes for this omnibus bill—will have access to Social Security benefits.
By not including language saying that Social Security benefits can’t go to illegal aliens under the executive amnesty—just as they didn’t include language going after funding for the implementation of the executive amnesty itself—Republicans are completely surrendering, ensuring that millions of illegal aliens will get Social Security. “Absent from this conversation is the reality that the Obama amnesty program requires departments and agencies throughout the whole government to implement,” a congressional GOP aide familiar with the legislation said in an email to Breitbart News. “By doing a long-term omnibus with Reid, instead of a short-term Continuing Resolution until January, Republicans are giving up all kinds of avenues for undoing the amnesty. A big one of those is the Social Security element. Appropriators made a decision not to include language in this section denying social security cards to those receiving SSN’s under the Obama amnesty regime, thereby allowing them to be sent out.”

The fact is, that SS and Medicare taxes are higher than income taxes for most American workers. It’s about 15% including employee and employer contributions. Most Americans don’t pay anywhere near 10% of their gross in income tax.

There is NO mention of any SS to any illegals. The DHS immigration is only funded to February, 2015, UNTIL the NEW SENATORS are sworn in during January, 2015...less than a month after that they will be voting on the funding of the IMMIGRATION Action by Obama, as a New Senate.
They funded some health and education services like school monies to those who are absorbing these illegal children, so read the breakdown at the link, I think there is a lot of hysteria on FR right now. February 2015, the NEW Senators will take this funding up in vote and challenge Obama....
NO ONE (including me) wants this kind of spending, and several Senators want to take this on now. However in February there will be 54 Republican Senators (only 3 short for 67 needed to get a VETO PROOF VOTE.) Schumer may put his vote where it might matter if upset enough about Obama care, and then two more...there is a place of hope here. How immigration votes will end up is still a mystery.
I don’t know how people can go off without waiting until the NEW SENATE actually takes office, to see what they will do about funding Immigration as Obama implemented in his Executive Actions Memos.

I understand exactly what you’re saying, but I wasn’t clear with what I said..
The gist of my post is:
1. The GOP voters elected the pols.
2. When it’s all said and done, I don’t think they’ll have any success at not funding Zer0’s antics; either by design or some tried but were overruled.
3. Some of the GOP pols will secretly laugh that they fooled us again.
I’d like nothing more than to be wrong here.
