1.1 Trillion Omnibus GOP Bill Includes Giant Political Earmark For Establishment GOP
Senate Conservatives Action ^ | 12-10-14 | Ken Cuccinelli II

Posted on 12/10/2014 10:19:16 AM PST by INVAR

The text of the 1,603-page, $1.1 trillion omnibus spending bill was released yesterday after House and Senate leaders wrote it behind closed doors.

Instead of fighting for a provision that defunds the president's unlawful amnesty, Republican leaders fought for other riders.

For example, they airdropped a political earmark into the bill that increases the amount the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) can collect from individual donors from $32,400 per year to $324,000 – a tenfold increase.

Since the NRSC takes sides in primaries, the new donation limit will help the DC establishment do more to support liberal incumbents.

RINOIt's an earmark for RINOs!

The provision will help Senator Mitch McConnell do more to "punch" conservatives "in the nose" and to "crush" conservatives everywhere.

Remember how the NRSC worked closely with Senator Thad Cochran's race-baiting campaign in Mississippi this year, which attacked conservatives and recruited Democrats to hijack the primary election?

If the omnibus becomes law, conservatives can expect even more of these treacherous tactics from the NRSC.

TAKE ACTION NOW

Congress will vote on the omnibus this Thursday so this is your last chance to stop the RINO earmark and to force lawmakers to defund the president's amnesty.

Republican leaders in the House do not have the votes to pass the bill so there's still time to defeat it.

Please call conservatives in the House and urge them to oppose the omnibus and to vote against the "rule" that brings it to the floor for debate.

Some lawmakers say they want to wait until next year to fight amnesty. They're making excuses. If this omnibus bill passes, Republicans will immediately lose their leverage to stop the president's unlawful action.

So, the Ruling Class Establishment is entrenching itself into permanent power and eliminating ANY POSSIBILITY Of a Conservative being able to rise to leadership in the GOP.

This is not only full-bore surrender to Obama - this is an assurance that Conservatives have no chance or voice in the GOP.

Conservatives may well have waited too long to start a viable third party and the march to making Conservatives politically irrelevant is picking up speed and force.

Anyone that thinks we can wrest control of the feckless quisling GOP leadership IS DELUSIONAL. Look at the evidence now in front you - there is no reforming either the GOP or D.C. from within the system they have corrupted for themselves.

I want them to wait until January to pass anything for next year. Many scoundrels were sent packing last month. No way in H3LL they should be voting on any more spending!

It’s time that someone start organizing a nation wide tax revolt. If it is organizationally possible to overwhelm the system against the citizens, it should be possible to overwhelm the system (by) its citizens.

Just an opinion, but if 1 million or more tax payers refused to file taxes, I think politicians would start to pay attention. Not that (I) would recommend that, I’m just saying; what if I, and 1 million others lost our money in a tragic boating accident?

It’s going to take a bit more than simply refusing to file taxes.

At this stage, the IRS will simply empty your bank account and take your assets and the more folks they can do that to, the greater the climate of fear they will spread which will prohibit many Americans risking everything for liberty.

And believe me, the Ruling Class knows exactly what they are doing. We have entered a hard tyranny unlike anything ever seen on these shores, and it is just getting started.

But this needs to be our motto:

Refuse. Defy. Resist.

Face it. There is only one party in Congress.

The Party of Government.

That's illegal and can be used to oppress the good people of this country even more, but there is something we can do. Avoid anything as much as possible with an attached tax. For Christmas give food products. Food is not taxed. Make cookie or cheese baskets. The dollar store has baskets, and they're only a dollar. It's better than paying all that consumer tax and getting nothing in return. If you have a craft, make your gifts. Make your own laundry detergent (even my husband, who is REALLY picky about his office clothes, likes my home made detergent!)
Buy used off Craig's list, or from non taxed states on e-bay.
If Americans were serious about going Galt and not feeding the beast, they'll bite the bullet and do what it takes to starve it.
ALWAYS pay small businessess with cash. What happens to that cash after it leaves your hands is not your concern.

Starve the beast. Legally avoid any and all taxes as much as possible. Be creative. Make it a way of life.

Good. Let them oppress us more. Let this people see the real face of what we willingly live under and deceive ourselves as to their true intentions.

Our Founders were willing to defy the Crown and their 'taxes' and refused to comply with tyranny wrapped up in the color of 'law'.

The cost is high when defying tyranny.

But when you defy the beast, the Beast will come to force itself upon you at the end of a gun.

Then you have the God-ordained right to defend yourself from such oppression by every means available.

Starving the beast won't work in our case. Their economic theory holds that excess debt and inflation are good, and that means that they are not as reliant on taxes as a "normal" country would be (artificially low interest rates, and a willingness to borrow without limit, will shield them from any damage done by a grass-roots movement). In the worst case scenario (their worst case), they will simply confiscate retirement accounts, or even bank accounts. All of this crushes the middle class, of course. But not only does that not matter to them, it also helps them politically.

The only possible way that we can avoid sliding into a hybrid of a banana republic/poor-man's Europe, is if historically Republican voters start voting against left-wing Republicans, in both the primary and the general. As long as left-wing Republicans constitute the "opposition" party, there will be no opposition at all. And the only way those politicians can be removed is if Republican voters stop buying into the idea that it is a strategically sound decision to vote for the lesser of two evils.

We (Republican voters) blew it in 2014. The left-wing Republican stranglehold is stronger than it was. Left-wing Republicans know that they don't even have to pretend anymore, and conservatives, as a result, have been effectively neutralized. The "yea we won" crowd will point out that there are a number of new conservatives, and we are making progress. Unfortunately, this is irrelevant. Conservative Republicans will have little effective power, and all that matters is that left-wing Republicans are in a much better position than they were.

We need a UKIP. And we need it very soon, or there won't be much left to salvage.

Starving the states, i.e., less consumer taxes - the people of the states will be forced into higher taxes or loss of services if the consumer taxes aren't rolling in. They'll start to decry high taxation more than ever. That also puts all eyes on Washington taxes as well. Taxes will become the #1 issue for a change. The politicians won't like it when people start to notice what they're actually paying (and the garbage they're being forced to pay for!). Right now, because of payroll deduction, people don't notice what they pay each year (which was the whole idea of payroll deductions).
Rather than buying a new car, push your old car at least a year or two longer. It can only help. Fix your washers and dryers rather than replacing them.

Starve the beast any way you can. Make it a way of life. Encourage others to join you on your noble quest.

Oh absolutely!!! That too! In order for Washington to survive, it needs money. Lots and lots of money. People are starting to notice that now because of obomacare (finally) how much the freeloaders are costing them (which is why they TRIED to do something to stop it all by voting Republican. They don't understand what a RINO is -- yet).

It's comes close to looking like Boehner is being blackmailed, IMO.

It' well known he is an alcoholic.

In an Imperial Fascist oligarchy (which is what we are now) low tax revenue will engender more and greater taxation, forfeit seizures, and impoverishment to feed the beast.

Avoiding ‘paying your fair share’ is already targeted and will become a capital crime, and punishment will be made swiftly.

We are past the point of ‘starving the beast’ into complying with We The People - because the Beast is self-aware and intentioned. ‘Starving the Beast’ WILL BE MET with punitive actions by the Beast - including the imposition of PROACTIVE measures to ensure compliance with the Beast.

We are at the point of requiring OPEN DEFIANCE, REFUSAL and RESISTANCE. That will prompt the Beast to do what it is already prepared to do - and at that point, we will see if there are enough real Americans left who are willing to risk everything for Liberty.

I have my doubts. But that is the only option left to us that has any chance at stopping a tyrannical regime from subjugating us.

I think he's just a coward. It's easier to cave than it is to man up.

Now that Republicans have won in a landslide and were elected to STOP the democrats, now is the time to petition the Republicans to dump "Boner". The man is nothing but a limp noodle.
