Yes, we should harvest their organs for transplanting instead of torturing them. Much more civilized. Probably only need to have a prisoner watch one or two such harvestings to make them tell you anything you want from them.

Which is why they oppose it. Torture would put stress on the person and possibly damage vital organs needed for the market and/or committee members.
