The Republicans have not taken their seats yet.

That is a lie. The House republicans have held the house for a while now, and they are the ones that could have stopped this.

No need for a Senate.

The House republicans have been in charge of the House for a while. They are doing this, and they can stop it.

No Senate republicans are required.

Why do you lie about that?

The problem is that McConnell, Boehner and the house leadership are all closet democrats who will never listen to the voters. Just like Gruber, they think we are all stupid and will accept whatever they do.

Re, "the limited options," described by Boehner:
"The President himself is no more than a representative of public opinion at the time of his election; and as public opinion is subject to great and frequent fluctuations, he must accommodate his policy to them; or the people will speedily give him a successor; or either House of Congress will effectually control his power. It is thus, and in no other sense that the Constitution of the United States is democratic - for the government of our country, instead of a Democracy the most simple, is the most complicated government on the face of the globe." - John Quincy Adams, "Jubilee" Discourse, 1839
America's Founders apparently did not believe the Congress had only "limited options" to deal with excesses of power by the Executive Branch. Perhaps Mr. Boehner can explain.

Let’s see now...

Republicans gained seats in the H.O.R. in the 2014 election — supposedly without ANY support from the Tea Party. That victory clearly proves that Boehner is doing something right, doesn’t it?

Now, we hear that Republican leaders don’t want to engage in a big fight with Obama UNTIL their troops in the H.O.R. and Senate are at full strength.

But some folks want to charge ahead right NOW. It’s almost like those folks want to engage in a “fair fight”, where the Democrats have better odds to win.

So you have a choice. Who would you prefer as your general: Grant or Custer?

The Republican House, right now, is the one that is doing this, and they can choose NOT to do it.

They don't need the Senate to do this, and they don't need the Senate to stop it.

You want to make excuses and attack conservatives, but you will get called on your lies.

Wrong alternatives. Both had guts; one more flair than the other; but neither was a master of debate or argumentation. We need to rally around the most articulate genuine Conservative inside the Beltway, who can explain the whys of how important it is to stop & reverse the damage that Obama has been doing. We are running out of time to keep putting off the real fight until another day, while the sociological deck is being deliberately stacked more completely against us.

Can we at least wait till we do not have Harry Reid stonewalling everything before we claim the Republicans have failed.

While you have a point to consider, please do not forget that the Republicans have the votes in the House to stonewall back!! The emphasis, as I suggested above, should be on having the more articulate on our side, explain why we are hanging tough. The sooner the meaningful debate starts, the better our eventual chances.

If they would do right by the people who just elected them by a landslide they wouldn’t have to worry about job security.

I am not a liar.

There are many House seats which will not occupied till next month, and there are many Senate seats which will not be occupied till next month.

Most of these new seats will be filled with people who were supported by the TEA party and conservatives. Once they are there, the situation will change drastically. Especially since any bills passed by the House get totally stopped in the Senate.

Well lets be real. Raise your hand if you really thought the GOP was going to show some spine and try to defund OCare or stop Barry’s little amnesty play. We all hoped they would but in our hearts we expected exactly what we are getting in this $1 trillion budget.

Its time to accept the fact the the GOPe want amnesty as bad as the Dems and now they don’t have to take the blame for it. They also have no intention of repealing OCare.
