Why are we rehashing the ground of security at embassy posts. That has been talked about to death.
They are discussing security measures, and that the State Dept. culture has changed in the last year to be focussed on security more than ever before.

The rest of us got that wake-up call over 13 years ago on 9/11/01.
I want to know what the hell happened on 9/11/12.
Why were we there? Who was there? Why was Stevens left unprotected?
Why was he meeting with the Turkish envoy?
Where was the President? Valerie Jarrett? Hillary Clinton? Leon Panetta? Martin Dempsey?
Who gave what orders to the military, when?
What were the stand down orders?
Why did the President not give cross border authority?
This is a snoozefest, going over old territory that has been plowed already......

Great questions! Those are the things we want to know. All I can say is that we know Gowdy is methodical. ...Waiting for the quotable quote for today myself.
The hearing closed after 3 hours. Toward the end, Gowdy had an opportunity to question Mr. Starr and ask about the policy that required a presence in Libya.
