ATTENTION RAND, sit down and shut up. Were you on the jury? Did you review all the evidence? Did you interview the witnesses? Shut up Rand and go away.
The jury only decides if he should be prosecuted at law. It doesn’t decide if his employer thinks he was out of line. He could probably cite some kind of justification based on Mr Garner’s resisting cooperation, so that’s what saved him from a wrongful death charge.
That doesn’t mean he didn’t stupidly escalate a simple situation. I think he did.
In any case, he should be taken off the street and stuck in some file clerk’s job.
