True but as best I can tell, the cop had no reason to believe the guy had a weapon. He neither saw a weapon or heard of one unless there is something we don’t know.

“Not following my commands” should not be grounds for an execution.

I miss the good old days when not following commands just got your azz kicked but Rodney King fixed that for us.

As I understand it, the man is recovering in the hospital...so lets not spread dirt on his coffin lid just yet.

I wasn’t there of course...but reconstructing it in my mind:

The cop had his gun out, which is expected based on my years of watching COPS. They always pull their guns out for felony stops...and it stands to reason that the cop could only respond by shooting, if his gun was already out.

Now I ask you - if anyone has a gun pointed at you, cop or not, what are you going to do? Are you going to do exactly what he says...or are you going to stick your hands in your clothes?
