We will never again hear of a black criminal shot by a white LEO where there aren’t multiple black witnesses willing to swear that the criminal had his hands up and was hollering “Don’t Shoot”.

From what I can tell, this happened in the parking lot of one of the same type of ‘low-income/Section 8’ apartment complexes as the Canfield Apartments in Ferguson.
The perp could be a quadriplegic and the Black witnesses would swear he was standing there with his arms up.
