Been through this first-hand about 6 years ago. Despite CPS having all the proof they needed, they still refused to release my kids back into my custody. They were taken away for 3 months. It took a judge ordering them to do so before they finally did. I have nothing but contempt for these people.

I'm going through this my self at the moment. 10 Year old girl snatched by cps in February. Now jumping through flaming hopes for no good reason.
