54-46

So we would need 12 'rats voting with the pubs to over-ride odumbo's vetoes, seems impossible..at least we have both Houses, one thing at a time..

Jed Babbin has a great piece in the Spectator today. The GOP has already pissed away the majority.

Obamacare -- which Landrieu supported and has since defended -- was a central issue in this campaign. Now that she's been dispatched, fully half of the 60 Senate Democrats who cast votes for the law in late 2009 will be gone. . . .

They don't, and they did.

Doesn’t matter. They are complicit with Obama & the Democrats on most issues. They won’t use the power of the purse to cut off funding for obamacare or amnesty. They are about to fund all of Obama’s illegal actions 100% before they even take over next year.

Pathetically tragic but sadly true.

Let’s hope the party of ‘NO’ (to Marxism) remains the party of ‘NO’ (to Marxism).

Doesn’t matter at all.

Waste of time.

If McConnell and Boehner fold to everything the Dems/Obama do, their majority hold may be short lived.

In 2016, the Pubbies will be defending 24 Senate seats, while the Dems defend 10 Senate seats. Half of those Pubbies are of the ‘moderate’ variety who have more friends across the aisle than on their side of the aisle.

...and will still lose on most issues.

You know if Obama really wanted to play hardball he’d have ol dumbass Joe decide to come in and run that place the next two years. The VP is President of the Senate.

Good news. Now get rid of Bonehead and get some fire ball to steer the hack jobs on King Obama.

54-46?

Must be closer to 96 Elitists (party affiliation not needed) and 4 conservatives. They will legislate against the people!
