WASHINGTON (AP) President Barack Obama is prescribing time and vigilance to tackle problems as entrenched in American society as racism and bias.
He also is urging patience, saying progress usually comes in small steps.
In an interview with BET, the president described his conversation with a group of young civil rights activists, including a leader of protests in Ferguson, Missouri, he hosted last week in the Oval Office.

Well, given that that jack-ass community agitator set it back 50 years, of course it will take time.
I think Al Sharpton would have been a better President than this choom idiot from Kenya.

It’ll take longer now that you’ve been such a failure, Obamugabe.
I do not believe that we have 4-8 years for our country as we knew it before the openly racist and unworldly despot was elected.
Obama's policies and executive arrogance must be challenged, but how? Based on what I have observed in the Republican leadership, they lack the balls. In a perfect world some members of both political parties would be subjected to violations embedded in the RICO Act, investigated, charged, and brought before the Court of Justice.
In our world that just ain't gonna happen. There are several young firebrands within the Legislative Branch who have the potential to force a fresh breeze to blow through the compost stench of our self-serving, sometimes corrupt, but always power hungry government leaders. Big question: Will they or will they just jump in and frolic in that compost?
He's already actively inciting his own "Bolshevik Revolution". Heck, LA was burning yesterday morning this time and his media cronies were trying to report that "Arson isn't really a violent crime because technically, it's just property burning..."
I don't care to underestimate the depravity of such creatures...I don't think that anyone here does after the past 6 years.
