What other law enforcement body has specifically ASKED people to report information about 40-year-old sexual harassment alleqations?
Cosby has been accused in a pattern of sexual abuse extending from 1965 to 2004 with different women but a similar MO. It stands to reason after the 2005 settlement that more recent potential victims exist. And maybe it’s not just Cosby they are after, but his enabler(s) and drug supplier(s). Huth did file a complaint with police which almost certainly mentioned Cosby by name. It is a punishable offense to file a false police complaint, so if she lies on the complaint and police find out, then she can be convicted of a crime and I don’t think they would give her a minimum sentence given all the trouble that is being caused. But she is choosing to go forward anyway. Is Cosby cooperating with the police to help police determine that it is a false report? I have not seen any reports that Cosby is cooperating with the LA police or any other police for that matter.
