coroners report states he had NO TRAUMA TO THE TRACHEA

...His priors include the following, impersonation, driving without a license session, RESISTING arrest,he'd been arrested 30 times for selling cigaretts illegally....

Garner himself set the stage by resisting ...“I’m tired of it. Every time you see me, you want to mess with me.... This stops today.”

Funny that you have such a problem with people expressing opnions on FR. A forum for just that.

Funnier that you consider your own opinions witty.

Why do you persist in saying I have a problem with people stating their opinions? I have neither stated that explicitly or implicitly. Are you just particularly sensitive?

Of course I think my own opinions are witty. When I wish them to be witty, I form them that way.

Free Republic is an excellent place to learn significantly from others, as I enjoy doing. However, I don’t hold back when I find someone’s opinion ill-formed, or uninformed.

I welcome any disagreement of my opinion, as it tests them, and allows me to either adjust my opinion, or consider an entirely different view point.

Again, why so sensitive about being called on an uninformed opinion?

So, did you state a problem, or not? You can't keep your story straight.

And, I'm sorry if I offended your widdle girly ears with some tough language.

Thanks for the continuing show of less than lucid thoughts. It would appear by your excessively defensive statements, oppositional/defiant behavior may be what you suffer. I hope you are able to get some help so you can lead an happier life.

Words don’t bother me, however, they demonstrate a lot about a person’s character, as well as their command of the English language and its vocabulary.

How utterly disgusting! When Mister Garner says, "I CAN'T BREATHE" the thug cop puts his knee on Mister Garner's head! The man was probably having a heart attack at that very moment, yet the thug cop was going to show this perp what police force is all about. How utterly disgusting, and typical of the out of control leo thugs. (Not all or even a majority of police are the thug crowd, but the thug crowd in law enforcement is becoming all to active and protected by the system.)

BTW, if Garner was selling untaxed cigs, where is the stash of goods? Doesn't even show up in the videos at all!

Now you’re projecting. You accuse me of uniformed opinion, then diagnose me over the Internet.

We are back to square one with your Pee Wee Herman tactics. I’ll leave you with the cartoons.

Do you think it’s morally wrong to tax cigarettes?

I think it's morally wrong to execute someone on the street for selling cigarettes. Which by the way, were still basically legal for adults the last time I checked.
