Hussein sees “undermining” America as his very reason for existence.

They started to undermine the system from Day 1. First obvious example was not prosecuting the Black Panthers for voter intimidation in the ‘08 election.

Refusing to prosecute The Black Panthers twice is undermining the system. Assisting race baiting agitators across the nation to stir up conflict until people rise up against them so the DHS can be dispatched and martial law can be declared is enough treason (among the longblist of BS that’s has gone down under this administration) to see them hanging from the gallows. These guys aren’t friend’s of the American people, they’re infiltrators working intently on the destruction of the United States of America.

Currently there is no justice system under King Obama and Holder. And for the next two years it will get worst. So enjoy King Obama and his criminal empire. Don’t expect much relief from the new Senate and the House has been asleep so long they probably will never wake up.

He does more than undermine, he attacks the legal process:
He complained about Ferguson, mischaracterizing it and casting it in racial terms. He complained about the GJ decision there, calling protestors actions “understandable anger”, admonished police, and thus legitimizing rioters.

And now again here in NY he mouths off, “this is an American issue”. Who is he to gainsay the GJ?

and institutions:
He attacks Congress’s authority, usurping it, and daring them to oppose him.
And this is a very abbreviated list of his offenses.

Let’s see if Holders’ and 0’s minions move in on THIS case and manages to ‘influence’ the Grand Jury to bring in a No Bill, as was done, in my opinion, in New York.

It would be a hat trick for the regime.

Imputing race as a motivating factor where the race of the officer and citizen differ is dishonest. It seems Holder & Obama are pressing this dishonesty at every available opportunity.

It is very destructive of respect for police and due process of law, and serves no good purpose.

Good find blam. Thanks

The last thing we want to do is to give over our justice system to blacks and their race hustlers to redesign. Obama and his “smart people” will have America looking like the Middle East, Africa or Mexico in a nanosecond. They have no respect for the constitution. They do not even understand it.

I can’t argue with that but it DOES for this desperate regime to cause an insurrection.

Sometimes an image comes to mind of holder and obama in a bunker...”Is Furguson and New York burning”?

The grand jury system is there for a reason. The fifth amendment states 'No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or other infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury...."

The Founding Fathers saw this as a protection of the citizens from arbitrary prosecution by the government.

Remember, in the George Zimmerman case, they didn't think they could get a grand jury to indict him so they did an end run around his constitutional rights and used a special prosecutor to bring charges. So much for the Constitution--Al Sharpton had to be appeased.

No doubt grand juries get it wrong sometimes--they are only human. But it looks like the statists want to use the ginned-up controversies over Darren Wilson and Officer Pantaleo to weaken the grand jury protection of American citizens.

Wilson was justified, without question.

Pantaleo might not be as crystal clear as Wilson, but I wasn’t on the GJ. Neither was Obama. Or DeBlasio.

Obama-Holder have worked to whip up “my people” (as Holder has said) into believing that every arrest is racially motivated.

Obama attacks due process of law, he attacks institutions, and he incites mobs. Obama is evil.

Holder and Obama's idea of 'justice' is the same as Zimbabwe’s dictator Robert Mugabe... Obama and Holder think 'justice' is whatever the hell THEY say it is.

Both Holder and Obama see the Constitution and Rule of Law as things that get in their way... NOT things they revere and protect.
