Homeland Security officials wasted little time in ramping up for President Obama’s amnesty, posting 1,000 job openings the day after his announcement and announcing it already has space for hundreds of employees at a new space in Arlington, Virginia — an indication that it had laid its plans well before Mr. Obama said.
And even though Mr. Obama said his policy is temporary, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is hiring the employees for permanent positions, at salaries of up to $157,000 a year, according to the job postings listed on the official federal jobs website.
A number of the job openings were posted the day after that Nov. 20 announcement and those postings have already expired, suggesting the agency has already filled some of the slots.

Really gives you the full and complete sense of America having fallen to a foreign enemy, reading this stuff. Lawless tyranny, and marxist occupation forces bringing in invaders and redistributing all our hard-fought land and wealth. A so-called “opposition party” that stands by and does nothing. The whole Vichy France aura, the whole banana-republic undercurrent.
It’s really amazing when you just step back and look at what has become of this country.

Not a word about allocation of funds yet but this agency receives its funding from application fees. It does not have its own budget under Homeland Security. So the question is, is the House prepared to get to work and see to it that not one red cent is provided to hire new workers?
That is an astounding salary for a paper pusher.
Exactly where is the DHS getting the money to hire a thousand new employees?
Come on Congress strangle this now!
Maybe the DHS is getting the money from fees paid by foreigners who got in line and did their America citizenship LEGALLY.

Everything Obama has today comes from the taxpayers. Who says Marxism doesn’t pay?
The bigger question should be how many permanent positions did the administration create to combat the flood of illegals in South Texas? The answer would be zero.

The legal fiction for Obama’s amnesty is a suspension of deportations as a matter of prosecutorial discretion. Hiring new permanent staff is not a suspension of deportations. Agencies are capped in the number and allocation of FTEs. Violations of these ceilings would be violations of the anti-deficiency act.
Really? And what appropriation might that be using? Apportionment? Allocation? Can’t spend a dime without the proper flow down of funds.
Right now my office is busy working up cases on "dreamers" because their "American Dream" includes drug trafficking and fraudulent document trafficking. Don't even get me started on the child prostitution rings.
