That's exactly what these guys want -- don't you guys get it, don't you remember how revolutionary groups like the VC have always operated, to exclude the "discountenanced", "illegitimate" lawful government from large areas, and to labor to establish new, revolutionary "authority" there instead? Even collecting taxes in parallel with, and in competition with, the legitimate government?
These guys want to establish a "liberated zone" on U. S soil in black communities, and start their Maoist revolution there -- Black Pantherism on steroids, even with federal sponsorship.
