House Speaker John Boehner told lawmakers Tuesday as he sought to give outraged conservatives an outlet to vent over Obama’s move without shutting down the government.

It is plain foolish to "give outraged conservatives an outlet to vent" because they want to see real change.

There are many meaningless actions by congress; most people do not even know about them. All they know is what passes or is changed. In this case, nothing. The congress should forget about meaningless and unknown actions to "vent."
