Hands Up! Don't Shoot!
It's the gesture now making the rounds of football fields to Congress to a host of other places that is based on Ferguson myth. So what happens when someone who buys into the myth, such as Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post, is challenged to back it up with facts? Well, the lame defense as you can see is the incredibly low standard that there is no evidence that his hands were never up. Here is Robinson on Morning Joe today setting the evidence bar subterranean low:

Except that there IS evidence that his hands were not up. Not only are there multiple eyewitnesses including the officer that testified under oath that his hands were not up, but the forensic evidence shows his hands were not up when he was hit with bullets.
I guess it is possible that at some point in his life, he had his hands up. But not during his assault on the officer, or his attempt to flee from his felony assault, or from his last act of defiance trying to get back to the officer to beat him up, take his gun, and probably kill him.
There is no evidence that Eugene Robinson isn’t an idiot.
No evidence other than the forensic evidence and the grand jury testimony of unbiased witnesses?
It is conceivable that it’s not, if you’re familiar with the story one “Aldric White” and his fambly.
More fallout from the ‘truthiness’ travesty.
The media has been grooming the population for decades now in “it could have been true” logic.
There is, however, quite a LOT of evidence that he is.
It’s not just the autopsy. I think that some eye witnesses also refute Eugene’s delusion.
Like when he was arrested for three felonies (inc. 1st degree assault) last November.
Or when he was arrested for 2nd degree murder as a juvenile.
Who remembers “How do we know you’re not Mel Torme?” ?

There absolutely is “evidence”. Eye-witness testimony. That’s eveidence, Eugene.
There were also some who claimed his hands were up when shot. Eyewitness testimony isn't worth a darn. Forensic evidence is what counts.
So, Eugene is just following suit.
We are living in a lawless society where people decide what the law is and ignore the real law.
We have sharia law by default.

The way the SS has been lately at the Hut, I would sooner believe you than Mr. Robinson.
When eyewitness testimony matches the forensic evidence, then those witnesses are deemed credible. They are deemed unreliable when they change their testimony, or their testimony doesn’t match the forensic evidence.
There was also no evidence that pod people had not replaced Brown with a pod-clone.

Right, and indict him for it too, so he has the opportunity to prove himself innocent - just like he demanded of officer Wilson.
eugene robinson is afraid of the Truth. He can’t accept that this criminal thug (with an extensive juvi rap sheet) attacked the officer. Given what this feral was doping, it is good that he is dead. Civilization won one. eugene robinson is a racist fool who despises civilization.
