DOJ would have to go in front of a federal grand jury and show the same evidence. A majority would have to agree, and it’s hard to say it would change. I would also that if the Fed case were put in front of a regional grand jury and they tossed it out like this group did.....the whole reputation of President Obama would drain out rather quickly. They’d say he could not deliver.

For this reason, I don’t think the DOJ will attempt the case. It’d really bring down their entire reputation to fail in such a grand jury setting.

Thanks for posting. The police silence as to the motives for the killing would seem to indicate Joshua was a Grand Jury Witness.

At some point someone will leak the information as to whether Joshua was or was not a witness.

For those who think that DeAndre Joshua was murdered because of testifying, please read this and look at the photos. The photos are taken off of Joshua’s Facebook page. I looked at that page as soon as his murder was announced, I think last Tuesday night. I saw all of these there. That’s an awful lot of cash for someone who works at Walmart to be making in a paycheck. Plus, he is smoking dope in at least one of the photos. Read the comments from his friends. It’s all about drugs.

I haven’t looked back to check if the photos are still there, but I suspect his page has been taken down now. I think Joshua was another drug dealer, and killing him in close proximity to the rioting was a cover for the person who wanted him dead, maybe because Joshua had taken over someone’s turf.
