“Formal social function”? This isn’t the Thurston Howell III Spring cotillion for shit’s sake - it the President pardoning some thanksgiving turkeys. If you actually watch the whole thing and not just some clips selected for maximum bogus outrage, you’ll see the girls look and act just fine. Imagine the outrage here is they were clutching their smokes while falling down drunk or cry-babbling about or not being able to find their $300 sunglasses.
