Focused on Ferguson
I guess talking about this past months election results is just too much for the drivebys
Phase I - any American voter who voted for Barack Obama a second time in 2012 will have to renounce their American citizenship forever and immediately be deported to either Cube (if they are not feeling well and need Michael Moore's favorite health care system) or North Korea.
In case the Obama voters think there is something wrong with this phase, Jonathan Gruber will be in charge of the marketing program to convince them that it is all okay.
Phase II -Any illegal alien (and all of their dependents) who has used identity theft to support themselves in this country or received benefits they were not entitled to will be immediately deported to either Cuba or North Korea. (This about this one for a minute before commenting; how do illegals pay their bills here?)
Phase III - any illegal alien who can prove they were in this country for the last 5 years and have never committed identity theft or illegal receipt of public benefits will immediately be granted citizenship in the Confederate States of America, with all rights and privileges that accrue from such status.
Thanks AB. Slow news day I guess. None of these programs sounds great. Guess I’ll read what’s here and do house Christmas decorations.
All Ferguson All the time!
FNS...Chris Wallace apparently did not want Rudy G to talk about the facts of the case. Rudy G did a better job defending Officer Darren then his own lawyer did. Not a knock on Darren’s lawyer, just that Rudy hit it out of the park.
I think it was just the way they had the show arranged, obviously Rudy is loaded for bear. If I was Darren Wilson I would ask Rudy G to be on my defense team.
I for sure differ with Rudy on important, VERY IMPORTANT social Christian issues, the most important issues to me! However Rudy has been just fantastic on this case, officer Darren Wilson would not find a better advocate.
On the panel afterwards, 2 wash post guys? Yes the usual suspects have taken sides on this case just as you would guess, very shameful actually, I am defending officer Darren Wilson because it`s the right thing to do, not because of politics.
But yes on the panel, Woodward is allowed to confuse the facts for people, saying so many conflicting witnesses, no they all the lying witnesses were discredited by the forensics and/or admitted they either made it up or made assumptions.
Chris Wallace...not a big fan of his but at least he agreed to the obvious that Big Mike attacked the officer trying to go for his gun etc.
The billing of the program was suggested it would be a indepth look into the facts, really only Rudy G got into the real facts and Chris really didn’t want him to
ABC THIS WEEK....Cooky Roberts...someone should ask her if she would like her own son to be charged and taken to trial under her same plan for officer Wilson...forego probable cause and instead go to trial to see what sticks
The panel was disgraceful, the ugly host stated something like 16 witnesses said he had his hands up and then moved to talk of 2016...that was it
No mention that they basically one at a time said they were either mistaken, assumed or made it up after being confronted with the forensic evidence
shameful
Larri, Larri?
Yew wanna git in own this?
Oh what the Hail
A Hunnert!
I copied AB’s ping list to send this to all of you to, I dunno....share this bit of craziness.
In one post on the talk show thread I’d written about having to go to a fellow choir member’s funeral, nice guy who lost his battle with cancer of the jaw.
So today was the funeral mass, choir is singing, sad, sad.
We hugged the widow, who is also in the choir, sang the prelude....on to communion. The priest was Father MArk, a great guy, gave a great homily in honor of Merle.
When I sing in the choir I sit in the front row pew directly in front of the priest. Father Mark blessed the bread and wine and was giving out commun ion.
Suddenly....BOOM! A loud noise. I look directly in front of me, so close I could reach out and touch him, laying on the floor...FATHER MARK DROPPED DEAD!!!!
All hell broke loose. A doctor came forth and gave him CPR. They tore off his vestments but I ain’t no doctor but I could see he was dead.
Somebody found a pair of shock paddles, shocked him....nope. father Mark was dead.
They found a priest from a nearby parish who came over to finish the mass but the Deacon sent him to the hospital to administer last rites. The Deacon finished the mass, they got a Eucharistic minister to finish the communion.
Paramedics came from all over the place....chaos, with me hanging on to Birdie, our choir conductor, sobbing. “Birdie he can’t be dead!” I kept sobbing.
“I’ve done CPR on many people and this man’s heart is NOT beating,” Birdie told me, hugging me tight.
Just got the text message that Father Mark was pronounced dead at shortly after noon today at Beebe Medical Center.
Just like that, no clutching of his heart for the pain, one long moan he made but somebody told me that was his chest letting out the air in the lungs.
I’ve known Father Mark for 12 years, since I’ve moved here.
And he died, dropped dead, right in front of me.
I’m a mess but I feel like I got to work this out of my psyche.
