No mention that they basically one at a time said they were either mistaken, assumed or made it up after being confronted with the forensic evidence

The panel obviously didn't see "My Cousin Vinnie".

Morning AB, all.....am attending the funeral of a former choir member who died last Sunday. He was a handsome man, kind, hard worker. On the Finance council, ran the golf tournament for two years, in the choir, Cantor. His wife also in our choir.

I did go and visit him about a month ago. I hugged him so long and so hard....he and his wife came to my husband’s funeral.

The really cruel thing is that Merle got cancer of the jaw. He struggled for over a year, went to Johns Hopkins, lived in Baltimore for a couple of months. They took out his eyes and fellow choir members watched as Merle turned into an almost Zombie and could barely move his mouth to sing.

I know he’s in Jesus’ arms now but sad he died after so long a fight and in such a horrible way.

He finally died of starvation, his choice, as his jaw would not move.

Thanks you AB, for doing this thread....and yon commenters who provide me fodder for my weekly Sunday Talk show column, I’ll post a link to it after I write it.

This Morial guy, former Mayor of New Orleans, I mean where’d they dig him up?

Guiliani says that 93% of black people are killed by other black people. Moral says....so? 93% of all white people are killed by other white people...what’s the point?

BUT WHITE PEOPLE ARE NOT OUT RIOTING ABOUT BLACK COPS....AN IMPORTANT FACT THAT WE FORGET MR. MORIAL?

...The only issue of Ferguson that needs to be seriously investigated is whether the White House told the Governor of Missouri to not allow the National Guard to stop the burning of the businesses. If he was leaving those businesses defenseless while he was making his burn baby burn speech then the American people need to know just how dangerous this regime is. That he would allow a city to riot and burn out of control simply for not getting a cop lynched for doing his job in the line of duty. It is obvious he was hoping for a trial to keep the hate Whitey meme alive and have another riot after he was found innocent. This was a White House manufactured crisis...

Yet another DIVERSION--like Rush's "Hey look, Aliens" parody. When the new Congress convenes next year, they should spend the first six months or so doing nothing but subpenaing Obama regime officials, and seriously investigating the regime's scandals, crises, diversions.

3. Venezuela, Cuba and Russia will suffer, as will many of the South American dictatorships who rely on Oil exports. This may be an opportunity for Regime change in these countries.

It will also affect Mexico, which could, along with Obama's amnesty, spark more illegals into the US as the economy suffers in Mexico.

I doubt there will be regime change in Venezuela, Cuba and Russia.

The Oil Majors will have an opportunity to re-examine their business plans. It is possible we may see a mid 1980’s type recession in the Oil Patch. Bad news for Texas, maybe good news for Natural Gas.

If this is a long term development, it will certainly hurt oil production in the US and slow down the fracking revolution. And it will cause a reduction in jobs and revenue from taxes in the US.

The Saudis, the world's largest exporter of oil with the greatest proven reserves, are trying to combat the fracking revolution. They are hurting the industry by keeping oil prices cheap and fracking uneconomical. I doubt it will work in the long term since consumption will increase due to cheap prices and increased demand due to demographics.

Talking about forensic evidence seems one of the autopsy “professors” is not a real professor or even a doctor. Never ends!CNN took it for granted he had credentials accd. to the story. I’M shocked.

One of the big and mostly untold stories about Keystone is that the regime is favoring the Venezuelan commies that have missiles pointed at us instead of Canadian oil.
Keystone oil is heavy crude.
One of the few places it can be conveniently refined is Texas.
Right now Texas refines heavy crude from Venezuela confirmed enemies of the US. You would think that the US would jump at the chance to dump a confirmed enemy in favor of a confirmed ally such as Canada. But not this bunch of thugs/commies traitors, in dc.

I always wonder if the news menu they are feeding us is covering up information we should all know is happening?

Of course they lie to us...mostly, by omission! Then, again, they have been trying, with a lot of success, to brainwash the uninformed!

Faced with US oil and lower prices, the Saudi’s are keeping their prices lower trying to compete with US oil and gas. Let the mid east sell to other countries while we develop our own oil and gas. Let mid east countries keep their prices lower and force them even lower still.

FYI, the break even point for our oil companies depends on quality but it seems to be between the high 50’s and mid 70’s.

There are a ton of regulations on our O&G industry. From exploration and development to production and supply. We have more O&G today but it’s coming from private lands, not government because Democrats have blocked exploration on public lands. Every aspect of producing O&G is over regulated.

Once we have a Republican president we can expect O&G to boom even more than it is today. The key is to get rid of all the rules and regs that are hurting the industry as 0bama keeps trying to kill the fossil fuel industry. As well as opening public lands for exploration and production.

As I said upthread, I wonder how much costs the government puts into a barrel via regulations, penalties, delays, etc? This could apply ot regular oil extraction as well as fracking.

Experts here on Free Republic say the killer price that would make fracking uneconomical is around $45 per barrel. Right now the price is in the 60s. How low will it go?

If the Republican Congress passed bills limiting the government’s take and delaying tactics, perhaps the fracking industry could take a lesser price without damage. Of course Obama would veto it, but that’s something (among a growing list) that Hillary will then have to defend in a couple of years.

Does anyone think Hillary could run as the Anti-Obama? Within the democrat party and beyond?

1.True

2.True

Except >>Corn based Ethanol is bad for your car’s engine as well as increasing the cost of feed for livestock.<<

Ethanol doesn’t hurt anything but it attracts water and is expensive. The farmers and ranchers feed the expended mash to critters, it makes a better feed.

3.True

4.True

Plus, watch pricing as liquid transportation fuels production from natural gas becomes prevalent in the US.

Yeah, but somebody should have thrown back at him:

"Black males, about 6.5% of the population, commit about half of the total murders in the US every year."

I know your wife is in that industry is it possible that some of the BEP’s for fracking are $45 as Kudlow suggested yesterday? I know drilling costs are all over the board for different companies.

OMG just too good! Well chime in please! Stories are that your guys were up high with sniper rifles ready in Ferguson to do in any dirtbag invaders even though you guys were volunteers and they got mad and had the authorities get rid of you. Is that true?

Great question AB. Recent rumors are that the regime wants to tax crude or gas now that its dropping so they can “build more roads”. Never ends with these bastards.
