Regardless if it turns out or not that a source for the numbers provided by another website can be found (derived?) as claimed to be in the 2010 DoJ crime victims survey.. it reminds me that
months ago DoJ Crime Victims Survey estimated projections got confused with the FBI UCR numbers. It caused quite a stir.
Month ago it was reported that
An analysis of single offender victimization figures from the FBI for 2007 finds blacks committed 433,934 crimes against whites, eight times the 55,685 whites committed against blacks. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white with 14,000 assaults on white women by African Americans in 2007. Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found in the FBI study.
Others around the 'Net glommed on to those numbers.
But I could not find FBI stats.
Turns out that DoJ stats obtained from interviews with tens of thousands of victims of crime match those numbers.
Crimes of violence against whites 3,262,660 and 13.3 % were black offenders; that's 433,934 times
Crimes of violence against blacks 562,470 and 9.9% were white offenders; that's 55,685 times
Crimes of violence against whites by blacks is 7.79 times the number of crimes of violence against blacks by whites.
The claim that "Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found" actually meant that there were so few of those crimes reported by the survey that they could could develop a reliable projection for the whole population. These were statistical data not police reports like the FBI's UCR.
The FBI does have a new system NIBRS (National Instance-Based Reporting System) that does not show interracial crime but does show victim figures and offender figures by race that IMO strongly suggest the obvious.
I almost always leave out the not..
"they could not develop a reliable projection"
