Threatened with arrest for operating without a license

Operating without a license.

Why, by gum, that could be ANYTHING.

"Sir, you need to move along. You are 'operating without a license'."

You are exactly correct, Laz. You do not *need* a license just to be somewhere.

The mindset shown by the police is exactly that: you may only do what we allow you to do. Profoundly wrong under our system of law.

I guess I need a “License to Operate”

Wallet-sized card.

Just ‘moving along’ (IE: operating...ones body) is also ‘w/out a license’, no?

Good officer, could you site the statute? No, then please leave until you can and/or have a court order
