The bizarre story of the refusal of British royals to visit Israel, while they are constantly in the Arab world, continues.
I wrote about this phenomenon here, last February, when Prince Charles visited Saudi Arabia. As I noted then, the Queen has never set foot in Israel and Prince Charles set foot there briefly only once, for the Rabin funeral.
By contrast, in just the month of November 2014 we found Prince Andrew and Prince Harry at what the Foreign Office must have considered a diplomatic necessity: the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Prince Andrew also visited Saudi Arabia (at the request of the Foreign Office, it was announced)...

God's promise to Abraham and the nation of Israel remains in full effect to this day. Since the day that God gave that promise to the Jews and the nation of Israel, many, many nations have found out the hard way what type of "curse" God was referring to. Let's take a look at some of the nations and empires that once ruled the world, and no longer do:
Egypt
In it's heyday, Egypt was such a mighty nation that it was the envy of the world. She had it all - wealth, military power, science, agriculture. Egypt was the most powerful nation on the face of the earth. But they made one, very serious mistake, they made the Jews slaves for nearly 400 years they were held in bondage and would not let the nation go. After it all ended with Pharaoh chasing the Jews to the edge of the Red Sea, only to be drown in it. Today, Egyptian tour guides can only boast about her glorious past and memories about the world power that they once were.
The Roman Empire
In it's day there seemed to be no end to the mighty and massive Roman Empire. It's reach, power and scope made it one the mightiest empires of all time, if not the mightiest ever. All seemed to be going very well until they reached and ultimately mistreated tiny, little Israel. Ancient, crumbling ruins are all that the Roman Empire can brag about today.
The British Empire
England once boasted that their empire was so vast that the "sun never set on it." They had colonized the empty land of Israel, known at that time as Palestine, the former land of Israel. During WWI, the British naval guns were running short of gunpowder, and they needed a solution to the problem very badly, and very quickly. Great Britian used to rule the waves. The saying, "The sun never sets on the British Empire was a testament that the world's largest empire covered almost all 24 time zones...not anymore.
Sir Winston Churchill, then the First Lord of the Admiralty, contacted a Jewish chemist named Chaim Weizmann, and asked if he could take a shot at finding a solution. The question they asked Chiam was this - "can you produce 30,000 tons of synthetic acetone so we can manufacture cordite gunpowder?" Turns out he could, and became a national hero as he helped England to win the war. When asked what he wanted for his services, he said that he wanted a "national homeland for my people." So the Balfour Declaration was issued in November of 1917, to create what would become the newly reconstituted land of Israel...but there was a bump in the road.
The British also wanted to curry favor with the Arabs living in the region, and Jewish immigration was greatly reduced. As Hitler started cranking up his holocaust hell-holes in 1938, Jews begged the British for permission to escape to Palestine, but were refused. When Israel finally became a nation again in 1948, Great Britian had opposed her at every turn because Britian had forgotten that God had promised the Land of Israel to the Jews forever. The end result was that Great Britian would soon fall from it's standing, and never again from that day to this be a Super Power on the world stage. Britian forgot that God had promised Abraham that He would "them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." The German Reich
Hitler amassed a military force that almost accomplished his goal of taking over the world. And no other military or politcal leader can equal him for hatred of the Jews. His systematic plan to kill all Jews everywhere nearly succeeded, with a full 50% of the worldwide Jewish population put to death in one of Germany's many death camps. Too bad Hitler never read Genesis 12:3, for had he done so he would have seen the end of those who curse the Jews. For all his bluster, Hitler actually helped to recreate the modern state of Israel.
When Germany fell to the Allied Invasion in 1945, Berlin was a smoldering, ruinous heap. When the world found out what he had done to the Jews, there was a public cry and outrage never before seen. Sympathy for what the Jews had gone through created an environment where the biblical propheies of Israel being regathered in the last days could come true. In the end it was the Jews that were blessed by returning to their homeland, Israel, and it was Hitler who was cursed.
The Royal Family is German. Does that explain it?
Unless we elect a President who honors Israel in 2016, look for America to begin fading into the dust.
The real answer is that the British government doesn't let them. It's a Constitutional Monarchy - except in certain very limited areas the Monarch and the Royal Family have to do what the elected government says.
The Foreign Office has been pro-Arab for decades. It isn't always anti-Israel (although at times it certainly is) but even when relationships are better than at others, not offending the Arabs is still the FOs priority above anything else.

It was great when Israelis responded to the Brits summary execution of IDF soldiers by hanging a British officer from a tree. This crushed British resolve to crush the Jews on behalf of the Arab savages they love so much. Ever since the Brits took the side of the Muslims their empire has collapsed. Did this start when T.E. Lawrence bent over for them?

Then Elizabeth's dad, Bertie, took the throne as George VI. He was a good man. As World War II began, Bertie had to kick the brother and his consort out of the country to Bermuda for the duration, because, being active Nazi sympathizers, they were a big, fat security risk in London.
Since poor Prince Charles appears to be a greenie pinhead, I'm not quite shocked that he also finds anti-Semitism an easy reflex when it is fashionable. (And notice that Charles got entangled with a mystifying commoner divorcée as well. Not kosher for heirs to the throne, by tradition. What's the fascination, Charlie?)
The Foreign Office probably influences the Royals in this vein. Like our State Department, it has been seething with upper-class Arabist anti-Semites for a century.

I remember when Prince Charles visited a dive in Pensacola called “Trader Jons”. It was run by a Jew so maybe that counts.

Agreed, oil is important. However if the Kings and Rulers of the earth read Gensis 12:3, they would have realized that it is not in their ultimate best interest to favor the Jew hating barbarians over the demoncratic Judeo-Christian Israel...

By 1948 the Jews had made Mandatory Palestine too hot to handle & the British withdrew but continued to support Arab states attacking the new Israeli state. The Jews won their war for independence; this didn’t go down well in London.
