I haven't seen an EO since October. There certainly wasn't an immigration EO.

Once again, Obama doesn't use EOs. It's even worse than that. He issues directives to his agencies.

Only EOs can set executive policy.

His 2 memos certainly didn't.

Aren't "his agencies" part of the executive branch? Aren't "directives" from the president "executive" orders?
