Several years ago we quit the ham and/or turkey habit for our family assemblies this time of year. You get it everywhere anyway, it's not like we're giving it up.
Now we do a Korean meal at Thanksgiving & Christmas. Usually grill marinated beef at the table with the traditional sides.
