Yams/sweet potatoes (candied or not) make me physically ill (really, not metaphorically). My wife hates pumpkin pie (which I really love).
Not everyone loves everything but there is a lot of different stuff to enjoy (my Italian friend always has lasagna on Thanksgiving in addition to the turkey, etc.).
