◾Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.
Three out of three. Looks like a slam dunk for some DOJ lawyer.
C'mon. Of course, I'm not serious. Who in a right mind would think justice is available from a Justice Department licking their chops to hit Wilson with a civil rights charge and their boss is determined to continue stirring the pot of hatred evidenced by the infamous 'stay the course' meeting?
