Johnson’s Attorney, Freeman Bosley, Jr., currently has his law license suspended indefinitely for using client trust money to pay personal expenses. The stories write themselves sometimes!

He's also as incompetent as "his" president and Attorney General, and should be permanently disbarred (an affirmative action attorney?)What is this crap?
...Johnson’s attorney, Freeman Bosley Jr.,, ...wrote "that his client’s reported deception has nothing to do with a police officer shooting an unarmed man six times, two times in the head. This is called using excessive force.”
No one claimed that it did! Totally irrelevant to the challenge to his veracity as documented in his previous arrest, and failure to appear.

I'm no lawyer, but is a second grader's grasp of total non-sequiturs and irrelevancies normal to expect from a presumably licensed attorney?

Am I correct in assuming that this Dorian Johnson gave testimony that was to be damaging to Wilson?

Absolutely!
Since he and the killer giant were stopped together, he was the first to spin a fanciful (and self-serving) version of events. Then repeated it endlessly until the evidence and other more adult witnesses embarrassingly proved all his statements to be total lies.

SO.... the guy who lies and steals has a lawyer who lies and steals ?

You decide.

Unfortunately the 80% in certain communities who lie, steal, kill, rape and mug spoils it for honest 20%, who, sadly, live in perpetual denial about their drug-dealing and using little kids, who will eventually die at the hands of a thug badder than themselves, of by a police officer doing his job.

And they will scream, assault and even kill you because that's the only way they know to resolve conflicts and different perceptions of reality.

Yes, you would be correct in assuming the testimony he gave was supposed to be damaging to Officer Wilson.

What is also probably correct, is that this same Dorian Johnson reportedly communicated a heightened level of concern for his emotional health and physical safety when he found out that a young black man, DeAndre Joshua, was found shot dead and by some reports “burned” (extent unknown at this time)in his car early Tuesday AM, after the heights of the violent riots in Ferguson.

The murder of DeAndre Joshua is being studiously under reported by all major media outlets.

Probably not related to the narrative.../SARCASM

The GrandJury Transcripts were recently posted online. I don’t have a link. It is a major problem that this person testified at a Grand Jury while having a Warrant pending against him. The upside is that his testimony was so ptiful that no one could possibly believe a word he said.

Not the way Dorian described it to the Grand Jury.

Dorian’s Grand Jury testimony. His account of his arrest is nothing like being described by this witness.

Pge 171 of Dorian’s Testimony refers to this “arrest”.

Darren Wilson should join Sandra Fluke on DNC fundraisers.

I think you mean Dorian Johnson. That poster had me confused, too.

I read his testimony yesterday. I think the legal term of his account of his arrest to the grand jury is he lied his arse off.

I guess that explains the immediate eviction letter I served on Bosley's N. 10th Street office in Dec. 2012.
