they'll get a bonus next March of 1 percent of their base salary. The performance awards go to most employees. One percent of $100,000 is $1000.
That's a pretty crappy "bonus."

Think that’s a crappy bonus? You know how many people who work for years at a place & maybe get a one-time bonus on occasion of $100-$200 all the way down to nothing at all?
