Soooooo... damage costs get passed to insurance cos & therefore customers as higher rates to cover losses -- or is the state/fed govt. going to declare disaster area and pass it over to Taxpayers? Anyone know?

For those local business owners who are able to collect a significant insurance payment for their losses, I would take the money and move somewhere better and safer. Adios, Ferguson.
