I've posted this before but I honestly state that should I become a victim I would look for lawyers who would initiate a civil suit against the Obama-Holder demagogues, the Sharpton race-grievance industry, and many MSM employees who encouraged the "demonstrators".

In fact Limbaugh quoted a source this morning stating that the violence is a result of inter-Party tumult as one segment of the progressives struggles against others on the Left. IMO that means the violence is encouraged.

Traditional principles of vicarious liability include

Though associated with criminal law, these theories can be used to attribute fault to persons not directly related to an act that harmed a victim.

It must be proved that the others 'provided substantial assistance or encouragement' to those who did harm the victim.

In the SPLC suit against Tom Metzger and WAR the skinheads were not members of Metzger's WAR. But Metzger's rantings had influence over the mindless skinheads due to his reputation in the white supremacy movement

Tom Metzger recruited 16-year-old Mazzella and schooled him in the world of racist violence. Mazzella was sent to Portland to join up with and train the East Side White Pride [skinheads]. Members of that group later brutally murdered an innocent black man.

How is that any different that being "recruited" in college or by progressive ideologues?

The aiding and abetting theory fits because

Lawyers can invoke the aiding and abetting theory with relative ease. Invoking the aiding and abetting assumes two independent actors.

To prove an aiding and abetting claim

Civil conspiracy was also used and proved against the Metzgers because he had contacted the East Side White Pride skinheads and after the murder and their arrest one skinhead called Metzger from jail. Here civil conspiracy might be proved by any contacts between the criminals and Sharpton, Holder, Obama, et al.

Obviously I am not a lawyer and this is a kind of an outline of information available on the Internet. Why can't it be used against the "progressives" and racists of all colors?

Black want to be treated as equals yet show in Ferguson that they are
uneducated, ignorant criminals burning their own town down because
a policeman was not charged for killing a 6-4, 300 pound 18 year old criminal with a long juvie record. The victim’s step father, naturally an ex con, yelled “Burn the bitch down” multiple times. The police and national guard should have protected the law abiding citizens in Ferguson down by using automatic weapons to mow down these ignorant thugs.

warn them that will be shot for looting, rioting, assault and arson. Then shoot them when they do.

The police will not intentionally shoot anyone who is not threatening lives. They'd be drawn and quartered for "executing poor blacks for merely a property damage." The police can only arrest for that - and it's very difficult for one or two officers to arrest anyone when a large, armed crowd is menacing. The police managed to arrest only those who strayed from the mob, went on their own quests, and got caught by several police officers.

The police acts under civilian, and not under military, ROE. It would require quite a change in the way these cities are policed if you want to deploy the military and order the soldiers to shoot on sight. That would have saved the city... but then the aftershocks would be far stronger. Besides, who wants to legitimize Obama's orders to soldiers to shoot citizens?

So, I want to know: where are the Ferguson business owners emulating the Californian Koreans? Do they not care about protecting their livelihood?

In a few years, we may hear complaints from the locals that businesses have abandoned their community.

Wonder why? [/s]

How many of those 40-some, per FoxNews, businesses that were vandalized or burned down will want to rebuild in that area?

The business property insurance rates for next year are going to be sky high, thanks to the vandals and protesters.

For those local business owners who are able to collect a significant insurance payment for their losses, I would take the money and move somewhere better and safer. Adios, Ferguson.

Here's a clip from the ABC coverage of a business in flames that I sleuthed in Google Maps, as shown. You can see the points of correspondence. In particular the door and window arrangement, and the guard posts. This is on the east side of W Florrisant, .78 miles north of the McDonalds.

It seemed particularly poignant to me because it so obviously represents someone's lifetime dream, which turns out to be worth 1 second of network news video.
