I’m not claiming to be a leader, just posting my humble opinion. And IMHO, the consequences of not dealing with the president and his administration’s blatant lawlessness far outweighs any potential consequence of riots. Our constitution, our Republic, our freedom and our very way of life is at stake. The constitution demands he be impeached!! If the congress shirks its duty to defend the Constitution and the rule of law, then the Constitution becomes meaningless. Obama’s administration becomes unrestricted. And that leaves some mighty big consequences Refer to the Declaration.

Barnes was just around the corner, listening in to them, and he comes in and mocks them, "yeah, you're gonna kick ass." and basically calls them a bunch of pu$$ies.
Then the guys all gaze at their navels for awhile, until one guy attacks Barnes, who quickly dispatches the attacker. And that is that.
0bama is Barnes, and the Republicans are all the guys sitting around talking big games, and not doing squat.

But that begs the question I raised about civil insurrection by blacks at the first move toward impeachment in the House.
The morons and low information voters among blacks who follow racial hustlers like Al Sharpton don’t give a rat’s ass about legal arguments or evidence. That’s why they rejected the grand jury in Ferguson before and after the verdict.
It would take a while for an impeachment hearing and then a Senate trial to occur. The government would be paralyzed and our enemies would be free to move as they will. In addition Obama would still have the bully pulpit and the executieve pen to take out his narcissistic vengeance on the country. All of the levers of power, including the DOJ, the Department of Homeland Security, etc will be in the control of his black syncophants.
This time they might get a million man march in Washington and I don’t think it would be peaceful. We’d have the capitol in flames as well as all the cities which have significant black populations.
Finally, you have to consider the result. It is by no means a lay-down that the Constitutional standards of the Constitution for impeachment “Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” will be found against him as charged. “high crimes and misdemeanors’ is a highly subjective set of standards for something as important as impeachment. You’d really need a locked in 67 votes before going into an impeachment procedure and those votes aren’t there.
Remember the maxim of Ralph Waldo Emerson: “If you strike at a king, you must kill him.” You won’t get enough votes out of the Dems in the Senate to convict. That result will destroy the conservative message that he is acting as a King and lose the consensus of the country that whatever he does from now on should be controlled by the Congress.
So all the damage that will occur will prove to be fruitless. It will permanently damage the fabric of our society and for what—the ego massaging mantra of “I was right”???
Yes, I believe it. The preponderance of evidence against Obama will be devastating.

I frankly don't think they could GET a conviction. They never got one with Bill Clinton, because the Democrats in the Senate, where the conviction would have to occur, refused to even LOOK at the evidence. What do you think this crop of Democrat Senators would do against Obama?

No. The republicans do have the scrotum sac or the conviction of character to impeach that POS. They are simply not devoted to the Constituion, their loyalties lie with themselves and their reelection.
I am not asking this with my tongue in my cheek. I am as serious as a judge. As I sit here and write, I am listening to Mr. Obama’s press conference. Something is very wrong with this guy. He is either mentally ill or demon-possessed. Either is a possibility. But something is definitely wrong with him. He seems somehow inhuman.

Yep, Obama will only be removed from office if the Dems turn on him, just as Nixon resigned once the GOP leadership went to the White House and told him it was time to go.

From Article I, Section 3 (the Senate): ..."And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."...
This would require a Constitutional Amendment to change this clause, which consists of a vote of two thirds of both houses of Congress and ratification by 3/4 of the state legislatures.
I had no idea there was such a thing as a DINO. Congress is chock full of RINOs, but the CRAT always seems to back their man or woman lock step in any and all cases whether right or wrong.
Definitely the best option, IMHO.
I haven't a settled opinion on this. But 1 point in favor of mpeachment proceedings (even if they don't eventally convict him) will at least slow obama down because under the scrutiny of an ongoing impeachment process he may not be able to get away with as much and /or may not be willing to try some other things he may want to try because now he will be under the microscope. People will be watching him. The LSM a might let him get away with stuff but things get out thru social media today.
