From what I’ve read you pretty much summed it up. I had read that a sexual mano to mano act had been required by some ISIS leaders of their recruits as a sort of “loyalty oath”? Maybe those who refuse are deemed to be gay? I really don’t understand these people but I do believe President Jefferson knew what needed to be done.
